About the event
Carrie Powell, from Crossroads Educational Consultants, will share her personal journey as a parent navigating the education system, including the experiences that led to her youngest child being home educated. She will reflect on discovering the growing home education community in Torfaen and the need for greater opportunities to support these young people, and how Crossroads Educational Consultants is helping to meet this need through the provision of vocational courses and GCSEs.
This talk offers insight, inspiration, and practical understanding for anyone interested in alternative education pathways and community-led provision.
